This policy explains how Success Stall (“we”, “us”), at successstall.com, handles personal information.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. We use them only to reply and to handle your request (for example, a correction). Messages are delivered to our editorial inbox by email.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site. Our security software records the IP address of failed login attempts to protect against attacks.
- Cookies and similar technologies set by us and by Google’s advertising services — see below and our Cookie Policy.
We do not require registration, we do not sell personal information, and comments are not enabled.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Where the law requires it — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — you are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management message before personalised advertising is used, and you can change your choice at any time. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com or, for many third-party vendors, at aboutads.info.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
We process contact-form data to respond to you (legitimate interest, or steps at your request), technical data to keep the site secure (legitimate interest), and advertising cookies on the basis of your consent where consent is required.
How long we keep information
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and are then deleted. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site — our web host, email delivery service and Google (for advertising) — or where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Success Stall is a general news site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
